Actor Nagarjuna is Nayantara’s guardian
Nayantara, after getting enough of mileage in both positive and negative forms by Simbhu in Tamilnadu, she shifted her abode to Hyderabad. She is moving close with Telugu actors and producers. Gossip zones didn’t leave her but not harming her image in big way. There are some gossips that Nagarjuna is her guardian now.
Keeping that aside, freshly a Nayantara’s dialogue with a young handsome producer was underlined by many in Film circles.
She was asked to act in a film that is produced by Lagadapati Sridhar. Nayantara denied that due to dates’ problem saying, “Sridhar! You ask me ‘anything’ else except that”.

Simbhu is pining for Nayantara
The actor is still deeply in love with Nayantara. But it seems to be a one sided-affair, as Nayantara seems to have forgotten him for good. She has cut down her assignments in Tamil and is now concentrating on films in Telugu.
Nayantara says that she has put her affair with Simbhu behind and now wants to concentrate on her career. She has been lucky in a way, as her film assignments have kept her busy for almost the entire year and she was also abroad for a major part of 2007 in connection with film shootings. But Simbhu simply cannot forget her and he still pines for her love.
Nayantara’s Mother Kamala Devi was found murdered
Kamala Devi mother of film artist Nayantara was found murdered at her residence in Madhura Nagar in Hyderabad yesterday. The miscreants murdered her and took away about 50 tolas of gold and some cash.
She is believed to be the mother of film actor Nayantara. However, it is not yet known if she is the Malayalam actress Nayantara or some junior artist with a similar name.
Is Nayantara the hottest heroine in Kollywood?
“Yes” seems to be the answer, as there is a great demand for her films among distributors and exhibitors in Tamilnadu.
A leading distributor from Salem says: “People in rural areas mainly ladies simply love Nayantara and recently we had repeat audience for films featuring her. We have not seen this kind of craze among audience for a heroine”.
Every top hero worth his superstardom wants to repeat her or be paired with her. Nayan is the only heroine whom superstar Rajnikanth has repeated in the last 10 years, though in a cameo song special appearance in Sivaji. According to insiders the song Balleilaka…. , the introductory song of the superstar features Nayan, and there is an electrical feel about it.
Says a leading distributor, who was privileged to see a special preview of the song: “It is the first song in the film, Rajani sir with SPB’s voice and Kerala Theyyam dancers in the background, along with Nayantara is sure to give a feel good mood to the audience. This song is sure going to have the fans shouting- “once more…”!
Nayan is right now on the sets of Billa in Malaysia after completing the second schedule of Yaaradi Nee Mohini. Says the actress: “Billa unit is damn cool. Vishnu is so energetic and knows exactly what he wants from each one of us. Ajit is a great co-star and Anu Vardhan’s costumes are awesome. We will be shooting in KL from next week”.

Nayanatara replaces Trisha
Vishal the new hero on the horizon planned to do a bilingual film ‘Sathyam’ in Tamil and Telugu. He signed up Trisha to play the heroine. However Vishal bagged a new project and he had to shelve ‘Sathyam’ for a while.
This led to date problems and Vishal had no option but to replace Trisha. He chose to sign up Nayanatara in place of Trisha. The film will hit the floor shortly.
